Access and use of our Web site, together with the sale and the purchase of products from the site, are governed by the terms and conditions set out below. By using the site you agree to accept the following terms and conditions. If you do not wish to accept these terms and conditions, you may choose not to use this site or contact us to ask for further information. A contract between Rider404.com and the customer will exist once an order has been accepted, processed, dispatched and received.

To the fullest extent permitted at law, Rider.404 is providing this Web site and its contents on an “as is” basis and makes no (and expressly disclaims all) representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to this Web site or the information, content, materials or products included in this site including, without limitation, warranties of merchant-ability and fitness for a particular purpose. In addition, Rider.404 does not represent or warrant that the information accessible via this Web site is accurate, complete or current. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice. Except as specifically stated on this Web site, to the fullest extent permitted at law, neither Rider.404 nor any of its affiliates, directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this Web site or the information, content, materials or products included on this site. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties. For the avoidance of doubt, Rider.404 does not limit its liability for death or personal injury to the extent only that it arises as a result of the negligence of Rider.404 its affiliates, directors, employees or other representatives. Our catalogue and Web site images, descriptions and colours are subject to change and are for illustration only. In the event of a particular colour or variation not being available we will make every attempt to find a suitable alternative.
Due to the nature of our business, stock availability cannot be guaranteed. If your goods are in stock the order will be shipped in order to reach you within 10 working days. Payment may be taken from your credit card even items ordered are out of stock. Once you have placed an order with Rider.404 an email will be sent to you confirming your order details. A second e-mail will be sent once your order has been dispatched. It is important that you give us a valid email address so you can receive these emails.
Rider.404 reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our absolute discretion. Whilst we try to ensure that such prices are accurate, Rider.404 reserve the right to correct the prices if we discover an error. In this event, you will be entitled to cancel your order or re-confirm it at the correct price.
PLEASE NOTE – We reserve the right to cancel and purchase from resellers.
Cancellation of orders, given the nature of electronic commerce, is not possible online, if you would wish to cancel an order before it is dispatched please contact us on 06 33 20 93 04. Please check the order confirmation screen carefully before completing your order.
Where an item is marked as “Available for pre-order” an expected delivery date will be shown. If you order the goods, they will be dispatched as soon as we receive them from our suppliers.
Payement and Security
We accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, Access, Visa Electron cards. Unfortunately, we are unable to process payments from American Express. For your security, all our credit card transactions are processed by Stripe & Paypal. Stripe and Paypal ensure that any card details sent by you are encrypted and held securely. No one else, including us, has access to your credit card details.
IMPORTANT please ensure that you write your order number and post code on the returns form. Without this we will not know who has returned the item and it cannot be processed. When you return an item to us, please fill in the returns slip which will be included in your parcel. Your completed returns slip must then be returned with the goods to the address provided. We would suggest that you keep a note of your order number in case you need to contact us regarding your return. Non-faulty items must be sent back in their original unused condition within 28 days of the invoice date. Once received, we will offer an exchange or a full refund if required. You will be required to pay postage when returning your exchange items to us. Goods are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and all will have to be inspected and agreed by Rider.404 as faulty. In certain circumstances it may be necessary to send the item to the manufacturer, before we can accept them as faulty. Please return your goods to us. Once we are satisfied the goods are faulty we will offer a FREE repair, replacement, exchange or refund.
Free Gift With Purchase – If you receive a free gift with your order and you’d like to return your order for a refund, you’ll need to return the item you received for free in an unworn resalable condition.
If you do not return the free item, the full price of the item will be deducted from your refund. If you’re returning your order for an exchange for an item that would still fall within the original online promotion, there’s no need to return the free item.
Customers must contact us about undelivered/missing parcels within 90 days of placing their order, all orders will be assumed delivered correctly unless contact is made within this timeframe.
The above Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and Rider.404. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by a Director of Rider.404. None of the above affects you statutory rights under French Law.
Cancelling An Order Under The Distance Selling Regulations
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, you have 7 working days from the day after you receive the goods to cancel your order.
We will accept confirmation of order cancellation via telephone if your order is submitting and yet to be dispatched as well as email or letter. If your order has been dispatched, you must write a letter or send an email to us to request cancellation. (Our address can be found on the about page.) The letter can be sent within the parcel of goods being returned. You must include your order number, name and billing address.
We will cancel and fully refund the order including original postage costs as long as the whole order is returned. You will be refunded within 30 days. We cannot accept cancellation of an order if goods have been made specific for a customer and have been dispatched. For example a custom printed jersey.
We strongly recommend recorded or signed for delivery so the parcel is insured and trackable. You must take reasonable care of the goods while in your care and they will be returned at the customers cost. All goods must be returned within 14 days of the requested cancellation.
If you do not ensure reasonable care and goods are returned damaged, we may claim against you for breach of this statutory right.
If you fail to return the goods following your cancellation request we may send a courier to you at your expense of 4,90€ to collect the goods. This cost will be deducted from your total refund. If you still fail to return goods we can charge you the direct cost of recovery and may claim against you for breach of your statutory duty.
All letters and parcels should be returned to Rider.404 Return Department, the full address is displayed below. We will not accept cancellations letters or goods sent to the returns department or any other sector.
